Human Genome Pioneer Sir John Sulston DEAD @ 75
Sulston was a British scientist dedicated to decoding the human genome as part of an international project.
In 2002 Sir John won a Nobel Prize for his work on how cells in a worms develop. This paved the way for innovations in cancer research.
He was known to be an aggressive scientist who would make all of his scientific data regarding the human genome available to the public.
