Donna Butterworth Former Child Actor DEAD @ 62

She Co-Stared with Elvis Presley and Jerry Lewis in films in the 60's--With Elvis in Paradise, Hawaiian Style and with Jerry Lewis in The Family Jewels.  


She was just 10 in 1966 when she performed in "Paradise, Hawaiian Style." She performed three songs: "Datin'," "Bill Bailey, Won't You Please Come Home" and "Queen Wahine's Papaya." 

Butterworth, born in Philadelphia but moved to Hawaii when she was 3 learned to play the ukulele and performed with a local star and entertainer Don Ho.  She appeared on a number of variety shows including The Andy Williams Show, The Dean Martin Show, The Hollywood Palace and The Danny Kaye Show.  On that show and playing opposite a young Ronny Howard.  A year later they acted alongside each other a year later on an episode of Walt Disney's Wonderful World of Color, which would turn out to be her last on screen performance.
