Perry Wallace, First Black Basketball Player In SEC DEAD @ 69

50 years ago while at Vanderbilt University Perry Wallace became the first African American basketball athlete to play in the Southeastern Conference.  

He later became a Justice Department lawyer as well as a law school professor.
