A native of Cuba who often collaborated with Robert Rodriguez and Andy Garcia.  

He appeared on many TV series including Seinfeld and Coach and in movies such as Phone Booth, Bad Boys, Tortilla Soup, The Forger, Blue Streak, Assassination Tango,  Little Miss Sunshine, and Rules Don't Apply.
