Marvel Comics Stan Lee DEAD @ 95
He's being called a real-life superhero.
The business began in 1939 and created or co-created Black Panther, Spider-Man, the X-Men, the Mighty Thor, Iron Man, the Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk, Daredevil and Ant-Man, among numerous other characters. Lee was Marvel Comics' writer, editor and publisher and died early Monday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Marvel was purchased by the Walt Disney company in 2009, but, it was Lee's iconic influence and reputation that endured and remained. His later life was filled with lawsuits and elder-care claims, and the death of his wife of 69 years.
