Robert Blakeley, Whose Fallout Shelter Sign Symbolized the Cold War,DEAD @ 95

What he considered simply a "routine job" in 1961 when he produced 1.4 million fallout shelter signs for the Army Corps of Engineers.   His utilitarian creation would become America’s most visible symbols of the Cold War.
