NBA Hall of Famer Hal Greer DEAD @ 81
He was a Hall of Fame guard and a leading scorer for the Philadelphia 76ers'. Notably, he was the first player to have his number retired by the 76ers in 1976.
Greer was voted on to 10 consecutive NBA All-Star games and was the All-Star Game MVP in 1968. In 1996 he played on the NBA 50th Anniversary All-Time Team.
