Whitey Bulger DEAD @ 89

Killed In West Virginia Prison

He was on the run for 16 years on the run and was on the FBI’s 10 Most Wanted list. In June 2011 he was finally captured in Santa Monica, California.

Bulger was being housed at a high-security prison, USP Hazelton after being moved first from Florida and then Oklahoma.

The Boston Globe is reporting that a “fellow inmate with Mafia ties” was being investigated for Bulger’s death.
Bulger was convicted in 2013 for many crimes including participating in 11 murders and was serving a life sentence.
