Hollywood Graphic Designer Margo Chase DEAD @ 59

She was an influential graphic designer who created logos for TV shows such as  “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and album designs for musicians including Prince and Madonna.  She died in an airplane accident in which she was practicing an acrobatic flying maneuver.  The experienced pilot died instantly.
